Excellent! Used a smoking hot cast-iron pan so it charred. Juicy, tender, and flavorful! Served it with Asian vegetables stir-fried in spicy sauce over angel hair. used ketchup for the tomato paste and Ponzu rather than soy sauce, then added oyster sauce for the sweetness. Delish!

This was good but the recipe did not call for it to be grilled? Grilling would be better

It was very easy to make, but I wasn’t impressed with the flavor at all. I’m not going to make I again.

Absolutely fantastic. I believe chilli and garlic were made for each other, I added an extra teaspoon of garlic and extra sriracha sauce. I also used pizza sauce instead of tomato paste. Enough sauce for 4 boneless thighs. Then let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. I baked it in the oven, on a rack over a tray, 20 mins at 175° then turned the oven off and left them in there while I cooked some long grain white rice. The chicken was juicy and tender. I will definitely make this again.

Flavor was amazing, will definitely make again. Sauce was barely enough to dredge 3 thighs so I will likely double the sauce ingredients next time. Hard to find boneless thigh fillets, so I used bone in, which resulted in thighs being undercooked initially. Needed 10 - 15 more minutes to bake with the bones in. I will also try with breast fillets to see how much difference, one of my family members prefers breasts over dark meat.

Very good. Too spicy for the kids, though. Next time I will BBQ them.

I used 2 tbs of minced garlic instead, but have to say this recipe was tastier than I expected. It’s very easy to put together and will probably be one of my go-to’s from now on.

This is okay, the sauce has decent flavor, but not enough for all the chicken. Maybe a marinade would help or flavorful sides. Even my kids thought it was plain.

I would have preferred the true caramelization you get from the grill, which is likely how I will cook them next time. I made my own sweet soy sauce, and added some honey to cut back on the siracha spice. Overall, pretty good and very easy.

Pretty tasty chicken! I couldn’t find the sweet soy sauce, so I used teriyaki. Next time I will be grilling!!!

Sriracha was too overpowering. I recommend to reduce sriracha to 1 tbs and increase ketjap (sweet soy sauce) to 3 tbs. would also add 1 tsp of ginger powder to give it some more punch.

This dish was just amazing! We went a little over on the chicken, so I doubled the sauce. Adding a quarter sweet onion to the baking tray worked really well; we also roasted some broccoli and served it over short grain brown rice. Fantastic!

I didn’t use sweet soy sauce I used teriyaki instead and I added much more than the recipe called for. I Cooked the chicken in a Pyrex so it marinated in the sauce I also added onions to the sauce. It was FABULOUS with these tweaks

Really delicious. We’ve made it often with veggies for work lunches. So easy and quick.

Very flavorful. I used teriyaki sauce instead of the sweat soy sauce.

The best chicken I've had in a while. The flavor is awesome with a hint of heat. Perfect with some steamed broccoli or asparagus. Or a nice salad. I grilled mine and it was just right with some charred spots, oh so good.

Not bad, I liked it. pretty simple to make too! Wasn't quite what I was expecting... Maybe a little less tomatoe paste next time, i think it was a bit strong for me y liking.

Really yummy! We were able to spread the topping over 4 chicken breasts, and served it over salad. No dressing even needed!
