German Cabbage with Bacon - Oktoberfest Recipes (1)

(Post modified on 10/2/23.)

Our family loves cabbage dishes, so its always fun to find new ways to incorporate cabbage into recipes. The sweet and sour sauce is very similar to a stir-fry that I make Kielbasa Potato Skillet Dinner, but I like being able to use this as a side dish. It nicely compliments Grilled Pork Loin Chops, Pork Schnitzel, or even Bratwurst.
