Cons: "Nada, I slept through this leg and the staff let me be."

Pros: "The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good."

Cons: "The offer of wine. The wifi options."

Cons: "The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time"

Pros: "I never made the connection because the flight was cancelled. I liked nothing about the flight and to boot I got sick because I was up for over 40 hours straight... 11 of them spent in Customer Service line."

Pros: "Crew was great, food was great, timing was great! (Got to LAX about 45min prior to scheduled arrival), however seats are very narrow!! Good enough for a short (2-5 hour) flight but definitely not for a transatlantic one!"

Cons: "Everything great but the seats..don’t expect too much of a leg room in the 777 Boeing...unless you get the exit row in economy or you book a business class!"

Pros: "The food was the best I've had on any airline in recent times. On the first flight it was a croissant and a swiss chocolate, on the second flight it was a hot danish pastry."

Cons: "The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Cons: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Cons: "Standing outside of the plane in the freezing hail, when my clothing was completely unequipped for it"

Pros: "I almost missed my next flight from Dublin to Chicago. There was not enough time between flights with current security measures. Your site should not have suggested those two flights so close."

Cons: "The first plane was absolutely filthy. I paid for Wifi and when connection was spotty put my laptop down still with half of the data I purchased unused, but then it wouldn't let me back on later. Food was awful. On the first flight they skipped me for drink service entirely."

Pros: "There wasn't anything special about this flight to like, unless you like leaving late and no leg room."

Cons: "Try leaving on time for once, I nearly missed my connection because Aer Lingus is terrible at on time departures. I'm just under 2 meters tall, the seats were so tiny my knees were pressed into to the seat in front of me the entire trip."

Tiny seats, no legroom, and super narrow aisles so that people walking up and down would invariably bump your shoulder when they walked by - makes for a difficult sleep. Rude air hostesses Waited on ground 2 HOURS, inaccurate info, no service, nada"

Cons: "Flight was late. Ground crew were atrocious and lost passengers and then insisted on counting the whole plane twice (as they got it wrong the first time). The flight was delayed by 4hrs in total and then Aerlingus denied compensation was due. Appalling performance"

Pros: "The whole crew was amazing! Meals were very tasty. The pillow and blanket was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the fact we all had entertainment screens."

Pros: "The service from the flight crew was excellent. On board meals were good, too. Although my luggage never made it on my flight to Chicago due to a delay arriving in Dublin, Aer Lingus provided me with tracking information, and I received my suitcase at my home within 48 hours."

Cons: "Paid 47 each to check a carry on bag that we thought we could take on the plane. Almost missed the plane because security line took over an hour to get through. The man at the counter that checked our bag was rude and talking to someone else that he worked with almost the entire time he was waiting on us. Won’t be flying with this airline again."

Cons: "Delayed flight by an hour, airplane smelled like body odour as we boarded. Leg room was insufficient (5ft 11, not a huge traveller). Cramped bus to get on aircraft, overpriced food and drink so did not buy any."

Pros: "That I could buy a ticket on the day (EasyJet said they were sold out at the desk but Kayak had one online - well done Kayak)."

Cons: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Pros: "I thought the food was good."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed for an hour and a half and we had to sit on the plane for the entire time. The staff was rude and short. I don’t think Americans are very populated. Food selection was very limited, but at least we got a KitKat bar. They were out of all the sandwich food/main dishes."
