Administration
The County Coordinator is the administrative head of the County, appointed by the Board of Commissioners, to carry out excellent quality services to the public by acting as liaison between the Board and County departments. The Coordinator provides organizational leadership to manage a work force of over 200 employees who administer County programs and activities.
The Administration Office provides quality internal support services to Todd County departments and activities to ensure coordinated, accountable, efficient and cost effective use of resources. The County Coordinator oversees all functions of Administration, and is the Human Resources Director.
Services provided by Administration include employee services, human resources, payroll and general support to all county offices.
